Lloyds Bank cuts mortgage rates

Lloyds Bank has reduced the rates on many of its two-year fixed-rate mortgages.
Remortgage rates for its two-year fixes at 0-60% loan-to-value (LTV) and 60-75% LTV have been reduced by 0.10%.
Its two-year fixed-rate remortgage at 60% LTV has been reduced to 1.29% from 1.39% with a £995 fee for Club Lloyds customers. Its two-year fixed-rate remortgage at 75% LTV has been reduced to 2.04% from 2.14% with no fee for Club Lloyds customers.
Two-year fixed mortgage rates for first-time buyers and home movers up to 0-60% LTV, 60-75% LTV and 75-85% LTV have been reduced by up to 0.35%.
These deals include a two-year fixed-rate mortgage for first-time buyers at 60% LTV, which has been reduced to 1.24% from 1.34% with a £995 fee for Club Lloyds customers, and a two-year fixed-rate mortgage for first-time buyers at 75% LTV, which has been reduced to 1.89% from 2.09%.with no fee for Club Lloyds customers.
